The Campaign Ops Specialist position is an integral part of the Site Impact production team that manages many analytical and performance related aspects of Email Campaign orders placed to ensure quality and accuracy for our clients.

The Campaign Ops Specialist position entails:
· Knowing our Technology & Systems:
o Activating and exporting email campaigns from our Order Management System into our Campaign Management and Tracking systems
o Reviewing email campaign creatives to ensure quality and accuracy
o Adding and updating information in the system per the request of our Email Production team
o Basic knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel is required
· Experience in Email Campaign Performance:
o Monitoring and analyzing the performance and deliverability of hundreds of campaigns per week
o Optimizing targeting based on clients’ needs
